Fixes contained:
- export_tsv cron job fix (bug 660859)
- version fixes (bug 660969)

The release is tagged and ready to go.

- please run: /root/bin/input_update.sh

No outage page needed,
no downtime,
user impact: insignificant.

Verified the push. Sadly we needed to reopen bug 660969 which was what necessitated this push :(
