Mozmill has a lot of tests:

Only a few of them are actually used:

https://github.com/mozautomation/mozmill/blob/master/mutt/mutt/tests/js/jstests.ini

The tests should be audited.  Obselete tests should be deleted.  Other
tests should be gotten working and added to the manifest.
