Please update the wbo table schema to add a new index:

usr_col_mod_idx (username, collection, modified)

Toby, do you maintain a copy of this in code anywhere? I updated our copy that we use to bootstrap new databases.
We should keep a copy of the DB schema in a single place - I added bug 663626 for this

seems like the logical place to have kept the schema. Note that this one has the missing index, and has for, well, a long time.
php is dead.
