In the switch from user 'cltbld' to 'tbirdbld', we've lost CVS write access.
Can you please grant tbirdbld CVS write access ASAP (today if possible!) to allow us to continue our release work. Thanks in advance.

I believe that this is fixed now. Please confirm. If it's not fixed, please reopen this bug and provide whatever output CVS gives when you try to commit.
