The page at mozilla.org/phonebook is just a temporary placeholder to provide information about the upcoming phonebook project and can be taken down when the phonebook is live.

James, could you set up a redirect for the www.mozilla.org/phonebook page to point to http://www.mozillians.org?  When that's live, I'll remove /phonebook from the repository.  Thanks.

I'm going to add a couple of requirements here:

* Take-down/Archive the current page at mozilla.org/phonebook
* Re-direct from mozilla.org/phonebook to www.mozillians.org

We're linking to mozilla.org/phonebook in a few spots that visitors seem to be hitting after the release of mozillians.org. I think we get this change in soon due to user concerns.

I can put in a redirect in the /phonebook HTML page as a temporary fix, but we will still want to add this to the .htaccess redirects (this will allow us to remove those /phonebook files from the repo and the redirect won't get lost).
