We should turn off 'ui.click_hold_context_menus' on Mac. The functionality is rather ancient and we're the only one having this "feature". It's also really a power-user feature which confuses new users. Popping up a context menu when users click-and-hold can also be problematic, see for example bug 461646 and bug 78461.

I'd expect old users being used to the behaviour, so if we do this, we should relnote it.
Hm, *sigh*, given the known problems and that modern MacBooks do have a second trackpad button by now ;-), I agree that we can change the pref-default to false.
The feature's won't be gone for those who still use it.
