Currently when you tap and hold to open a context menu on objects such as <video> and <audio> they do not appear as the long tap on the object is mistaken for a selection.
Try the demo URLs and attempt to open their context menus:
This also exhibits the side affect of being able to back out of the preferences window if you attempt to check for errors or such (bug 667517).

Need to test/think about this a bit more, but I think context menus should probably always win over text selection. Looking into what's going on with the prefs pane...
This also occurs with about:home and if you long tap on one of the links from "Your tabs from last time" What ends up happening is that the Nightly logo icon gets highlighted as a selection.
