tegra-045 is rebooting and not loading sutagent

Booted this one up on a display, it gets as far as the agent window, shows "WatcherService created", then returns to the android logo. Loops: graphical android logo desktop SUTAgentAndroid window with "WatcherService Created" <back to the top> I'd pull this for autopsy, but we're motivated to keep these things in service right now. Reimaged.

Wow, and as soon as it got back to the rack, the agent didn't come up. Power cycled remotely, will give it some time to think and revisit tomorrow.
