1. Enter Account Manager, hit Account Actions | Add Mail Account
2. Type 'a' for your email address, and hit tab

ACTUAL RESULTS:
 (a) The invalid-email warning message* extends off the edge of the dialog
 (b) This expands some internal container, making the [Cancel] [Continue] buttons shift rightwards for as long as the message is visible.
