The old URL: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/admin/addons Supports autocomplete and ID in brackets. ES already handles add-ons so this should hook up to that. Don't forget this should show disabled and incomplete add-ons as well.
I already made the search and it sounds like bug 674398 is for the rest of the page.
