Details

Highlighting of lines stops at the baseline, leaving descenders sticking out and looking sort of cramped. It should extend below the descenders. In some cases, like the mailbox list, this may require larger line spacing.

Oh, yes, that's the same issue. It didn't come up in my search. That one isn't clear whether it's fixed for lists other than the mailbox list though. It also affects the message list.
Should be fixed for the message list too. The CSS that changed affects all the <tree>s in Thunderbird: the folder pane, thread pane, address book panes, etc.
