Bug 676378 introduced pages listing documents with a revision tagged needing a review. However, these pages aren't linked to from anywhere on the site. Might make sense to link to them from the /docs landing page and possibly include a short list of the most recent there.

Put a promo box on the docs landing page that links to the list of articles that need review.
