67915 - table cells do not line up

This bug is filed on the heels of bug 45562, wherein an attempt was made to fix 
the crooked cells, leading to regression bug 67796.

Attaching a test case.

Expected result:

  1. table has two columns which line up neatly

Actual result:

  1. table has two crooked columns

To increase the chance of reproducing the problem: clear memory/disk cache,
disable cache in the debub prefs.

This bug appears to be fixed without the patch. I'm going to reopen 73629 
because it is still a problem. 

Petersen, can you go through the other bugs that are marked dups and verify 
them.
