Remove API_SHOW_PERF_DATA from settings_local.py on AMO in production.

This will set it back to the default value which is True.  Flipping this setting on will deploy bug 659794 which is now ready to go.  The performance data is good enough and I ran a siege against all addons on PAMO and did not see any tracebacks.  Let us know right before you flip this so we can monitor the site's performance.  It is a high traffic URL.
