68899 - Search Messages Dialog: Mnemonics Needed [access keys]

All of the controls in the mail search window should have mnemonics, except for 
the controls within the criterion tree.  (The controls in the tree don't get 
accesskeys because there can be several rows of controls there.)

A possible set of mnemonics for English:
 i  Search for items in [folder]
 b  Search subfolders
 a  match ALL of the following conditions
 e  match ONE of the following conditions
 s  search/stop 
 l  clear
 m  more
 f  fewer

 r  results pane 

 o  open (selected message)
 g  go to (folder containing selected message)    to be added in bug 56419
 d  delete                                        to be added in bug 66946
 v  move                                          to be added in bug 66948
 p  copy                                          (?)

 c  close 


Making the mnemonics actually work probably requires bug 959 being fixed.  But 
that's not important ;)

The "close" button might not actually need an accesskey, since Ctrl+W and 
Alt+F4 should close the window.

items)is mnemonics. So closing that bug and mnemonics for Search dialog will be 
covered here.
