Details

We should have nagios monitoring for talos-r4-snow-001 - 010. The monitoring should be the same monitoring that we do for talos-r3-snow-XXX machines If the remainder of the machines are turned on with images before this bug is fixed, I'll expand the scope of this bug. If this bug is fixed before the other machines are imaged and online, I'll file a new bug.
