loading this page fully and then scrolling up and down or switching tabs and returning is full of fail. Images disappear and re-appear and sometimes don't re-appear.

tested with today's Fennec on an Asus Transformer in landscape mode with and without tab sidebar showing

This is because we discard images even if they're currently being displayed. We need to not discard images if they're being displayed, which I think depends on tn's work in bug 689623. (Desktop definitely does.)

This is most decidedly not wontfix. This is the Mobile version of bug 661304.
