I'd like a CVS account for simple wording (DTD/XML) and possibly some JS changes.

I have my own CVS tree and can pull and build when necessary.

Seth usually super-reviews my stuff, as does Scott MacGregor.  Hewitt and Hwaara
are common reviewers. (hewitt@netscape.com and hwaara@chello.se)

so, we need seth and scott to comment, and a third super reviewer as well. 
Unless, stephen (and/or either seth or scott) can argue that the kinds of 
changes stephen is going to be making don't require that kind of rigor. Stephen, 
can you list the urls for some of the bugs you've had patches commited from?
adding bienvenu to cc list, since he's looked at stephen's patches... so if we 
get bienvenu, sspitzer and mscott to say stephend should be able to commit his 
own patches... we can turn the account on.
Yes, I think Stephen should be able to commit his own patches.
Timeless has also reviewed a lot of my patches.  In fact, he's usually the one 
who's checked in for me.
I'll chime in on nominating stephen for cvs access. For the kind of work he's
contributing DTD/XML changes, it would be great if he could do this directly. 
yes stephend's patches are great, please grant him access.
I say go -- getting a third non-netscape.com super-reviewer to approve access
for checking in changes to xul/dtd/js changes seems like overkill in this case,
given the sspitzer/mscott/bienvenu sr= hat-trick in the cited bugs.
