After the reviews in bug 656587, we should create an level-1a l10n account for Nilamdyuti Goswami (for Assamese). Filing a new bug to have a more clear picture.

Nilamdyuti, we'll need the contributor form from you, http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/committer/, and an ssh public key. At least I don't find either in bug 656587.

hg push is not working. Instead of asking for password, it shows the following error:

Moreover I didn't receive a password notification.
Yeah, Shyam had problems sending mail at the time. Can you resend that?

For your push problems, make sure you have an ~/.ssh/config that contains something like:

Host hg.mozilla.org
User ngoswami@redhat.com
