We have 160 more testing machines to deal with. This is causing a lot of extra load, manifesting in extended wait times. We need to have these machine online in order to put the rev3 10.6 minis to other use and we should have it before we put the 10.7 machines into production. The current bad wait times should be mostly resolved on wednesday when we turn off the rev3 machines but we need to have the capacity for the new and re purposed test slaves.
marking this as incomplete. it's not RelOps job to figure out what your implying with a very incomplete bug description. we need to find out what VM we have requested in the past and then file that bug for the quanity of VM's we need spun up.

We'd like two new VMs created that are the same specs as buildbot-master04. I think that should match what's documented here: https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReleaseEngineering/Master_Setup#Hardware Expect the load on these VMs to be the same as buildbot-master04.

Summary: please create two more of whatever we use for buildbot masters → please create two more VMs equivalent to buildbot-master04
In my conversation with catlee, we determined that buildbot-master17 is already in scl1 and not being used. This can be one of the two. I will build buildbot-master18 today.
buildbot-master18 is up and added to nagios. over to releng for puppetization/configuration.
