steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/app/krupa-s-app-1/abuse
2. Click on the "our policies" link



observed behavior:
"our policies" links to https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/developers/docs/policies . We should be linking to apps policies.

We don't link to any policies anymore. I don't know if that is okay. I need to check with fligtar before I verify this.
When the policies are written, I will add back the link to the policies.
