1.Edit any newly uploaded add-on
2.In Manage Payments: click on the link "Marketplace Documentation and Policies"

Result: https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/docs/marketplace loads which is an empty page

We are linking up to marketplace docs on addons-dev, because the marketplace flag is on for addons-dev so we can test some things. 

None of these link should be going live to production. 

Please don't file bugs on these yet, we'll be filing bugs to get the documentation written at some point. This could be the first though, so I've altered the description appropriately.

Our policies aren't going to be in place for the preview launch; they'll be written sometime in January.

They're in MDN, editable only by a trusted few, which includes fligtar.
