Details
The mouse scroll wheel works intermittently on my Mac with Navigator 6.0.1.
Sometimes the scroll wheel does nothing on a page and sometimes it will scroll
the same page. Switching themes or going to a different page and back will
sometimes wake it up. Manually dragging the scroll bar thumb always works.
I have a Macally iOptinet mouse. The scroll wheel works well in all other
applications.

The scroll wheel fails to work for the first page displayed in any new window.
It wakes up once I use a link to move to a different URL in an existing window.

This may be related to bug 58250 -- the PageUp and PageDown keys don't work
either when the mouse wheel fails to scroll the window. Clicking in the window
enables both the mouse wheel and the PageUp and PageDown keys to work.

Most cases of this have been fixed, except for bug 113717 and bug 92450.
