Details

jake is currently building out an Etherpad staging environment. Filing to track that work. This will give us the ability to test changes to etherpad.mozilla.org before going to production.

Corey is helping out with this, getting the nodes allocated and such. This will be essentially a full-blown cluster for us, but with only one node per environment (dev/stage/prod) since Etherpad doesn't really like being broken up like a normal web app would. The benefit is it makes managing it a lot more like any other web app for us... basically "git pull" the new code on an admin node and "deploy" to the relevant environment. Duping this bug to that one.
