Details
When a user begins an in-app payment (bug 703073) a confirmation is sent (bug 703083) but the user might later request a refund. After processing the refund, AMO should post a message about it to the app. This is not currently spec'd out but when it is you can find it here: https://github.com/mozilla/apps-payment-server/blob/master/DESIGN.md

whoops, we don't support refunds for in-app payments but we do send chargeback notfiications: bug 741588
