We don't need a login page; we can trigger the BrowserID stuff from the log in link in the header. No need to funnel people into a new page for no reason.
Also, don't forget about editors/admins.

In theory, this should make it so that the "log in" link now directly opens the BrowserID modal. The `href` still points to the log in page, so opening in a new window will just bring the user to the log in page. Right clicking on the link shows an "Admin/Editors Log in" link in the context menu.
It loads the BrowserID JS asynchronously now, too.
