As per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=702293#c1, we should show "Your browser does not support Apps" if javascript is disabled.
We don't do that currently.

The user message is not very useful. It says that the browser doesn't support apps and goads the user to get Mozilla Firefox. We should tell them to enable JavaScript on their current browser.
