707966 - METHOD=CANCEL shows as processed event, but cannot be opened

I think this is a result of bug #695247 which allows opening events.

However it offers this possibility too for events with method cancel. They are not in my calendar and the opening fails.

STR:

1) Receive a cancellation email and action it.
2) Re-visit the cancellation email

Actual Results:

"This message contains an event that has already been processed" with an open button.

Expected Results:

"This event has already been deleted" (or wording to that effect).

Also, probably same core issue:

1. receive an event
2. open using open button, change status
3. without switching emails, open using open button again

expected:
* newest version of event is shown

actual:
* initial version of event is shown
