712180 - please install 75Ω dongles on 10 machines

While these machines are down for bug 711382, please change swap the 100Ω dongles on these machines for 75Ω dongles.

These machines were picked for being close to each other *and* demonstrating failure.  I don't know how the racks are organized and I am OK with changing the list of machines, provided that:
a) there are 10 machines
b) the machines used are once listed as needing a dongle reset in 722382
c) the list of machines with the 75Ω is updated to reflect the machines actually selected, at https://etherpad.mozilla.org/rev4-dongle-log
