steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/
2. Navigate to Payment profile page.
3. Set up PayPal pre-approval on PayPal site.
4. Wait to be redirected to the 'Payment profile' page.
5. Notice the payment profile status.
expected behavior:
Payment profile page now says "cancel pre-approval"
actual behavior:
Payment profile page still says "Set up pre-approval".
