Indeed, most of it has landed over the past few weeks; only sending of commands and sync interval adjustment to go, and the latter has a patch waiting for me to review.

It's meta-riffic!

after discussing with the team, we don't think 739416 is really part of this bug, it is really part of send tab to device, and we consider the clients engine to be finished. removing the dependency & closing this bug to reflect that consensus.
