Steps to reproduce:

RSS "Subscribe to this page" toolbar button should be hidden when there's no RSS feed available.
It should work like the Back button, which, in the upcoming Firefox 10,
it's automatically hidden when it's unclickable.

Currently, if the user decides to add the "subscribe to this page" toolbar button 
it occupies space all the time, even when it's not needed.
