User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:10.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0
Build ID: 20120111092507
Steps to reproduce:
Some developers do not explain in English what their extension does.
I do not mean to accuse anyone in particular but if even in the en-us pages the extension description is in a foreign language (French, Chinese, etc.) it can be very difficult to tell the very purpose of an extension reading the page on AMO.

Not everyone speaks English and that's not something we're going to require. Figuring out how to show or hide add-ons based on the locales they provide is something worth pursuing but there are other bugs filed for that already. This bug as it's worded is a wontfix.
