We let people add other accounts on AMO as owners/developers/viewers of their add-ons (eg. https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addon/status-watch/ownership).  Now that we have developer accounts (bug 719222) vs regular user accounts we should only let people add other developer accounts in the dropdown.

We can grey out names or remove them from that autocomplete list, but we should add text to the page saying why some accounts might not show up in the autocomplete.

We don't have auto-complete when adding authors which is a good thing. We want people to explicitly add owners.

Now, we show an error message when people grant privileges to non-developer accounts. Verified fixed at https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/app/marble-run-57~/ownership
