Steps to reproduce:
- Go to url, tap on some large download file link

Expected results:
- See the name of the downloading file in the Android notification center

Actual results:
- Only see "Downloads" in the Android notification center

Tested on the LG Optimus Black, Android 2.2.2.

That looks specific to the modified version of the OS that it is running. I see no issues on stock AOSP (2.3, 3.1, 4.0.2)

The weird layout of the notification is bug 696912, which affects 2.2.

On 2.3, I still see that the title above the progress bar still just says "Downloads", which is what I believe is what Martijn filed this bug about. Looking quickly at the code, it seems that's expected behavior given the way the notification is made. It looks like we're just using the title of the notification ("Downloads") in the notification tray, but we do have a longer message that appears in the system bar once the download starts. This bug could be about making that title more descriptive, but that would require string changes, so this wouldn't be a fx11 change.
