A windows Virtual machine for the open webapps project
Premise: https://github.com/michaelrhanson/mozilla-central Michael Hanson is making changes to mozilla central, and we need the capability to build firefox in windows and publish a build to our build server. This machine will be run as a jenkins slave, and will also need visual studio express. Most likely for desktop build process there is a virtual machine out there that we just need to clone, I just have no view into that. hostname: openwebapps-winbuild1.vm1.labs.sjc1.mozilla.com Specifications: As long as it can build firefox within a reasonable amount of time.

How close to the Firefox releng reference platform do you need this to be ? Or is windows + visual studio + mozillabuild good enough ?
Good enough. Windows 7 would be the desired version of the virtual machine.

Got the basic mechanics of running these kind of VMs in the labs cluster. Your particular VM should be available early next week.
Where are we on this? We are passing early next week right now.

No worries and thanks.
VM is up and running, login with your LDAP credentials.
