David - What's the status on this? The bugs dependent on this are all closed as of right now. Checking against your original plan (https://wiki.mozilla.org/Apps/QA/Test_Infrastructure), there was a build server planned, although requirements have changed to not need to create builds of the extension and soup, as they are no longer being supported. The HTML/Dashboard builds we should probably hold off on hooking it up to a build server, given that that codebase will be migrating into a persona.org github repository. The Jenkins server I have no knowledge of it being done or maintained.
