726893 - Modifications to the ESR Tracking/Status Flags

We'd like to make a couple of changes to the ESR tracking/status flags based upon the finalized process at https://wiki.mozilla.org/Release_Management/ESR_Landing_Process.


* Add 10+, 11+, 12+, 13+ to tracking-esr10 flag
* Move tracking-esr10:.1+ to tracking-esr10:?
* Remove .1+ from tracking-esr10
* Ensure that people who aren't a part of the tracking group can only set tracking-firefox-esr10:? (same group as tracking-firefox10)

* Add ?, fixed, verified, and checkin-pending to status-esr10
* Remove .1-fixed and .1-verified from status-esr10


Sorry for the churn, but this'll prevent future flag modifications other than adding 14+, 15+,... to tracking-esr10 on merge days and make the process more lightweight.

do you mean bugs which currently have tracking-firefox-esr10 set to ".1+" should be updated so tracking-firefox-esr10 is now set to "?" ?  i can only see two bugs that will be impacted, bug 706381 and bug 721575, so it'll be easier to do these manually rather than write a script to shift them.

i've disabled .1+, and will update the bugs and delete it following confirmation.

this is already be the case.

i'm unable to remove .1-fixed as it's set on bug 724284.  i've disabled this value, and can delete once that bug has been updated.

the same applies to .1-verified and bug 718939.

Thanks Byron. I've correctly set the flags for the bugs listed above. We can now remove .1+ from tracking-esr10 and .1-fixed and .1-verified from status-esr10.

sorry, it looks like i messed up my search for bugs with tracking:.1+ as there's another 8:

can you please update these bugs too?  (i don't have access to do so)
