DOM fullscreen mode has been busted for a long time - see bug 709813.

Are you guys talking about fullscreen or fullpage?
I think you're talking about fullpage.

I use <meta viewport="width=device-width"> and the <canvas> is scaled (width: 100%). I could also use <meta viewport="width=thesizeofthecanvas"> but I guess that would do the same thing.

They are talking about full screen in landscape.  Basically bug 726870.  I think this is blocked by that bug.

Runfield in portrait mode shows at the very top.  It's not aesthetically pleasing in portrait mode; issue 726870 is basically fixed so landscape looks ok for Runfield.
