2. switch to landscape mode

Expected: viewport will widen
Actual: viewport does not widen

I am still seeing this issue on 4.1(Galaxy Nexus) and 3.1 (Galaxy Tab)

Unrelated this from the meta mwc blocker bug but this still has mwc implications; P1 reproducible on HTC Desire HD.

I think I miscommunicated.  There is a delay for the viewport resizing on the HTC Desire HD (1 to 4 second delay depending on how often you change orientations); however it does fix itself after the delay by zooming in.

I have a fix for this in bug 728614.
