1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/submit/app/manifest
2. Upload an app with custom icon: http://soundcloud.com/manifest.webapp
3. Click continue
observed behavior:

Celery backed up. We don't wait for the image grab and resize to complete so if celery gets backed up, it won't show up. We could do a wait for the image like we do on the edit page, or put a "image coming soon" in.

Thanks for figuring that out heh! But yeah this works fine upon refresh - if the task is done. But we should add polling or something. Reopening this so we don't forget about this.
