The form on https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/apps/ is broken.
It was working yesterday, so not sure what changed. That page is about to be seen by lots of people so this needs to get fixed ASAP.
I'm not getting any emails with the 500 error. It uses a basket-client Python library to POST the data to our email subscription service. Please ping me (jlongster) on IRC and I can help figure this out.
