Steps to reproduce: 1. Login to APPS Marketplace https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/ 2. Click on "Submit an app" link from the header. 3. Submit a new app with a custom icon and complete submission. 4. Click on "Manage my app" button. Expected results: Custom Icon is displayed in the Images section from the Edit listing page. This is working for me now. We had some CDN problems

I can reproduce this locally. Looks like a recent regression, on it.
