Steps to reproduce:
When someone rates an addon, for let's say 1 star...but then has a change of heart, and gives it a 5 star rating.
Actual results:
The rating will not be updated everywhere. It only is updated on the addon page itself, not in any overview giving the false impression that it still has only 1 star.
Expected results:
if you rate it 1 and go back to rate it a 5, it should be a 5 everywhere.
