steps to reproduce:
1.Load https://next.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/216092/
2.Add a review with 5 stars
3.Edit the review and change the rating=1 star
observed behavior:
Change in rating does not get updated in the info section in add-on detail page as well as reviews detail page. See screenshots

We don't run the task on updates because the task changes the review object and would cause a loop.
