Tooltool storage was set up on non-redundant storage in bug 732291. This bug is to track moving that storage to redundant storage. This is not a high urgency requst right now because tooltool and its uses are still in their early stages and not yet in production. It should be easy to add failover to tooltool so that if a repository is down, tooltool will try the next one.
