STR

TB 13 trunk with IM
no chat accounts set up yet

1 set up first chat account, but specify wrong password so that it can't connect
2 "Your chat accounts are not connected": Choose "Show chat status"
3 click "Properties" to enter correct Account Settings for that chat acct
4 go back to main TB window (so that Account Settings and Instant Messaging Status windows are now in the background)
5 click "Show chat status" again

Actual result

nothing

Expected result

well, if we can't show "Instant Messaging Status" window because it has another child window open (Account Settings), I suppose we should bring both that child window and the "Instant Messaging Status" window to the foreground, with "Account Settings" on top. Or not?

Note: I've been able to reproduce this bug on Windows 7. However this bug doesn't exist on Mac.
