736607 - Polish localization for DOM Inspector 2.0.11

DOM Inspector 2.0.11 will be released next Wednesday, March 21.  The Polish localization is currently out of date; a 2.0.11 release based on the current development state cannot ship with a localization for Polish users unless the translation is brought up to date.

DOM-Inspector is currently green for pl on trunk and on 2.0.13-branch.
Closing this one, as 2.0.11 is deprecated.
