steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/search/?device=mobile
2. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/search/?device=desktop
3. Compare the above links to https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/search/?device=tablet
expected behavior:
Apps supported on the device type get listed when Search filter for device compatibility is applied.
observed behavior:
Filtering by 'Device Compatibility' doesn't list supported apps
