Details

We need a page in the editor tools that prints out a list of the user's history so they can review it: points earned (or lost), and the reason why. Most of these will be something like “Reviewed Add-on”, but we may have a few things added from the admin panel. Eventually we’ll give out points for answering forum questions, etc.
Does this bug include allowing the user to view their own point history?
duping to 797521 as that has more detail in it now.
